What is the story behind Noshes By Sherri?
Life is a strange and beautiful journey. Sometimes you are lucky enough to have the privilege of going on that journey with your soulmate. Mike and Sherri Leon have been on that journey for the last 29 years from mixing pharmaceutical ingredients in the pharmacy to mixing baking ingredients that all together fulfill the needs of their customers. Mike and Sherri have been staples of the greater Philadelphia community for over 30 years.
Who owns Noshes by Sherri?
Where is the bakery located and hours of operation?
Our bakery is located in Yardley, PA however we do not have a storefront yet. You can order online on our website or you can send us an email to email@example.com.
Where can I find the nutritional information for your noshes?
We use premium ingredients in our products. Our items do not contain any preservatives or trans fats. Currently, we do not have any other nutritional information available for review.
Should I refrigerate my noshes?
No, our products are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed within a week of being received.
Does Noshes by Sherri have any gluten-free items?
Yes! Our macaroons and chocolate covered dried fruits are gluten free.
Is Noshes by Sherri kosher?

Does Noshes by Sherri cater?
Yes, Noshes by Sherri caters dessert trays and knish trays for all occasions from birthdays to holidays and shivas to college care packages. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes or modifications to the product combinations offered on the website?
Sorry, at this time we do not allow substitutions to our product assortments, and only offer items to be shipped as they are listed. Check back for new flavors, seasonal and holiday specialty items, and baker’s choice selections.

What type of custom orders can you do?
We can do custom quantities of orders over 1 dozen. Please email us for any custom orders at email@example.com.
How can I place an advanced order? How far in advance should I place my order?
You should place orders at least a month in advance for holidays, special occasions and if you have any custom quantities. Please make a note in your check out by clicking on the “Note delivery/pickup date” and let us know your preferred pick up or delivery date. Shipping requires 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for delivery and please allow 3-5 business days for pick up orders.
Does Noshes by Sherri deliver?
No, Noshes By Sherri is available for pickup and shipping only. Please allow 3-5 days for local pickup and Shipping requires 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for delivery.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order in Yardley, PA or Lafayette Hill, PA. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready as we make everything fresh to order.
Does Noshes by Sherri ship baked goods?
Yes! We ship via USPS within the United States through the website online store. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baked goods outside of the United States. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to be baked, shipped and delivered as our noshes are made to order.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is a flat $15.95 for anywhere in the continental United States. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Do you do same-day shipping?
Everything is made fresh from scratch using the finest ingredients. Since we bake to order, we cannot ship same day. All orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next day and will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days.
When will my package arrive?
We are sorry we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on USPS.com. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours. Your tracking number may not appear in the FedEx tracking system for 24 hours. Please be patient. You will be able to see it flow through the FedEx system and know the exact day it will arrive.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
How can I cancel my order?
Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If there is a problem with an order you received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
